Our goal is to eliminate barriers to healthcare by connecting those in need directly with primary care physicians and nurse practitioners without the worry of affordability.
Our Services
Our complete mobile healthcare units and pop-up clinics deliver direct primary care to those without reasonable and affordable access to medical care or prescription drugs. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are on-site to examine and diagnose patients while our team of dedicated advocates ensure a complete continuity of care for more complex medical issues.
